Jill and Drew Gerber When we began attending Living Water Church in the fall of 2007, we never would have guessed that we would be ending up going on a mission for the Lord half way around the world! Those two years have flown by and Jesus Christ is working in our lives more than ever. We are determined to live out the idea of being “on-a-mission mindset.” While we are still working on this area in our lives, we are very excited that we have the opportunity to bring new life and spread God’s word to a persecuted people. We have grown both as a couple and individually since joining our wonderful small group and we continue to learn each time we meet. Not only are we learning more about our own relationships with the Father but we are also developing new relationships which seem to be set on fire by Jesus Christ. China needs followers of Christ to step up and set them on fire for the Lord and that is what we hope to do by playing a small role in getting Gods word into their hands. China needs Bibles and we are intent on helping get them there.
We would like to thank everyone for supporting us in this mission and would greatly appreciate any further assistance you feel called to give. Please remember us and our small group in your prayers as we continue in our mission mindset. Pray for China!!!
